Slow fashion, made in Cape Town

Browse and shop a curated selection of local and sustainable fashion brands that prioritise ethical production, quality, and timeless style. On offer are looks and accessories that tell a story and make a positive impact.

‘Slow fashion is more than a trend; it’s a lifestyle. By choosing sustainable, ethical fashion, you’re making a statement about the kind of world you want to live in. You’re supporting local artisans, reducing waste, and contributing to a healthier planet,’ explains Twyg founder Jackie May.

Featured brands include Loskop, Rethread, Yellow, W35T, Milles Collines, Fashion Student Archive, Drum, Nadya von Stein, 1971, Yarnh, Asha Eleven, Chommies and Maven.

The space is open for visitors to wander through, presenting a glimpse into how post-consumer materials can be given new form in a myriad of ways. Enjoy a coffee or a beer whilst you explore the market and experience a variety of disciplines and meet the local designers behind the fashion and brand.
